Begin with a clear intention
Choose something that matters: a meaningful direction, a more conscious relationship, a creative project or a way of living. Give your intention words you can return to.
Meet it through feeling
In the Conscious Feeling approach, we explore the felt quality of an intention. What might gratitude, confidence, love or possibility feel like in this moment? Bring that feeling into a gentle meditation or reflection.
Notice the belief that meets it
An intention can make a familiar doubt visible. Observe the story without rushing to judge it. Ask which perspective or practice could help you approach the intention with more openness.
Give the practice a place in your day
Choose an action, conversation or habit connected with your intention. Let meditation and daily life speak to each other. Notice what unfolds, reflect on the experience and return to the practice.
Complete this sentence: ‘Because I value ____, today I will ____.’ Keep the action small enough to begin.
